[Resolved] Status of J-STAGE system emergency outage (as of April 20)

Due to emergency security response we stopped the J-STAGE system on March 15 around 20:30 (JST).
The system was restored between March 16 and 22.
In addition, the COUNTER report for March 2023, which was delayed due to the emergency outage, was resolved on April 14, 2023.
As a result, the restoration of the J-STAGE system emergency outage that occurred on March 15, 2023 has been completed.
